My first objective for 2009 is and has been to get established in New York. I can’t imagine there being a worse time to try to make this move and find a job, but if life weren’t challenging, what would be the point? I was able to find a sublet from a good a friend for the month of February. So that’s a good start. Now I have two months to convince someone to hire me at a livable salary. So, to my New York friends, consider this my first piece of ‘networking.’ If you have any leads, I’d appreciate the tips!
